We Help you Select an Attorney for the Probate Process:
We broker agreement between the Executor and Estate Attorney. The Attorney will represent the Estate and work with Executor Assistance (EA) as a contractor of the Executor in the interest of the Estate. Your Estate Attorney-represents the Estate in filing an Estate Petition for Executor appointment as the Personal Representative and administrator of the Estate. Executor Assistance will assist in gathering the information for this process and submit data to the Estate Attorney. The Estate Attorney completes the appropriate forms.
Attorney- Provides
- Legal Arrangements for Estate Settlement.:
- Preparation of all documents necessary to open, administer and close the estate.
- Work closely with Executor Assistance by review and assembly of all data and preparation of all forms and reports submitted for probate.
- Legal advice for all aspects of the probate process to include advice to accountant for paying bills and debts and inventory of assets for the estate.
- Executor retains control as Personal Representative, making decisions based on sound legal advice.
- Estate Attorney works with Executor Assistance(who will complement the services provided by the Attorney)
