Overview

For Seniors, downsizing and relocating from a larger to smaller home can be very frustrating and stressful. We provide services that remove the stress and frustration from this activity.

We Help you Organize your Relocation:
(Free Consultation [first hour]). We survey your current home and new home to provide consultation on how to sort and select items that will fit into your new home. We help you organize and select what to take with you and what to sell, donate or throw away.

 

We Help you Pack, Move and Unpack:
We help you pack; provide moving coordination; oversee packing, loading, unloading, unpacking and organizing your belongings and furniture placement at your new home.

We Appraise and Inventory your Personal Property to Keep:
We will inventory, appraise and photograph selected personal property (i.e. high value items ) that you choose to keep. Information and images will be stored on CD for insurance purposes.

Inventory and Photograph Personal Property that you have chosen to Sell:
Information and images will be stored on CD for insurance purposes. Provides a good record of what you are selling.

 

Price and Sell Selected Personal Property:
Right-size and sell selected personal property that will not fit in the space to which you are moving to. We will organize and conduct an estate sale of selected personal property, maximizing the price you may obtain for said items; as well as dispose of property that does not sell (i.e. donate to charity, or take to the dump as appropriate)

 

Prepare Home for Sale to Maximize Market Value:
Help prepare your home for sale to include a home inspection to determine deficiencies, and correction of deficiencies as required and approved by you.

 

Coordinate the Sale of your Home:
