We arrange for publication of notice to creditors and mail a notice to each known creditor; send notices to the post office, utilities, banks and credit card companies. We also inventory all assets and have them appraised.
We collect debts owed to the estate; file for life insurance and other benefits; prepare all tax returns and maintain accounts for estate settlement process; gather information for Estate Attorney to submit asset inventory and information report to the Register of Wills. We also submit Estate Accounts to Estate Attorney for review and submission to the Register of Wills and Orphans Court for approval.
Accountant/ Tax Consultant-
Our Accountants will:

- File Federal and State income tax returns as necessary
- File Federal and State estate tax returns as necessary
- Pay valid claims against the estate
- File accountings to the county probate court as required
- Distribute assets and obtain receipts from beneficiaries.
